Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

Refunds for AshWeb AI pattern analysis software (provided by DMCREW) are processed according to the following conditions:

  • Refunds requested within 14 days of subscription start will be refunded in full.
  • Refunds requested after 14 days of subscription start will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
  • For annual subscriptions, refunds requested within the first 30 days will be refunded in full, after which the amount will be refunded excluding the used period.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a refund request email to admin@ashweb.io
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the email subject
  3. Include your account information and reason for the refund
  4. Requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the policies of the payment service provider and financial institution.

4. Refund Limitations

Refunds may be limited in the following cases:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service
  • Special discount products purchased through promotions or discount codes
  • Products or services explicitly marked as non-refundable

5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our AI pattern analysis software. If you are not completely satisfied with our software functionality within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the software functionality only and does not cover dissatisfaction with analysis results or pattern identification accuracy, as these factors depend on market data quality and algorithmic interpretation. Results will vary based on data input quality and are not guaranteed.
