1.1 Eligibility

  • Applicable to: First-time subscribers only
  • Period: 30 days from initial payment
  • Plans: All subscription plans
  • Refund Amount: 100% of subscription fee

  • Account must be in good standing
  • No Terms of Service violations
  • No previous refunds

2.1 Eligible for Refund

Service Issues:

  • Platform unavailable >24 hours
  • Critical features non-functional
  • Data loss due to our error
  • Significant unannounced changes

Billing Errors:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Currency conversion errors

2.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

After 30 Days:

  • Regular monthly/annual fees
  • Renewal charges
  • Upgrade fees

Usage-Based:

  • Overage charges
  • API usage fees
  • Storage overages

Violations:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks initiated
