Refund Policy

1. Subscription fees

We do not refund subscription fees for a billing period that has started, except where section 3 gives you the right to cancel the purchase.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.

2. Fees paid to Apple or Google

Fees for the Apple Developer Program or the Google Play Console are paid to Apple or Google, not to us. We cannot refund them.

3. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law where you live gives you.

• European Union, EEA and the United Kingdom: you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of making it and get your money back, without giving a reason.
• Korea: you may cancel within 7 days.

4. If you think a payment is wrong

Write to support@ashweb.io before asking your bank to reverse the charge. A reversal raised with the bank first may suspend the account while it is investigated, and most problems are quicker to fix directly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading.
