By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. AI Pattern Analysis Software

Our Services include software tools powered by advanced AI algorithms that analyze cryptocurrency market data patterns. By using these Services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • AshWeb provides data analysis and pattern recognition software for cryptocurrency markets
  • Our AI algorithms are designed to identify historical patterns in market data
  • All trading and investment decisions are solely your responsibility
  • The software provides data analysis, not financial advice
  • You should conduct your own research before making any investment decisions
  • No software can predict future market movements with certainty
  • Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors

4. License and Restrictions

AshWeb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

  • Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services
  • Use any automated means to access or use our Services without our express permission
  • Use our Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
  • Resell, duplicate, or distribute any part of our Services without our prior written consent

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account according to the pricing and payment terms disclosed to you for the Services. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. We may change our fees and payment terms at any time, and such changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AshWeb, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights from AshWeb to you.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant AshWeb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

ASHWEB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (I) THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (II) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (III) THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (IV) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASHWEB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ASHWEB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (I) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ASHWEB FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (II) $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AshWeb, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively settled in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.
